What We Do & How We Can Help
We are a faith based addiction recovery fellowship focused on helping men, women & families of all ages find freedom & peace from the negative impact & bondage of any addiction. Our trusted servant / leaders have decades of experience in both Christian & secular 12 step fellowships. We share & teach openly the process on achieving restoration of mind, body & Spirit.
Our groups work individually & collectively to provide support & resources for healing, & offer hope to those seemingly lost.
Through encouragement of group participation, sponsorship, mentoring, counseling..etc. we continually witness God's Grace & Love That Transforms Lives.
Our Format
We meet weekly on Wed's 7-8:30 pm at South Hills Assembley of God (2725 Bethel Church Rd 15102) to teach the 12 steps & their biblical origin from the Life Recovery Bible (provided). We then break into small groups of 5-7 to share topic content or just what's going on in our lives. This is an open meeting & allows addicts & their afflicted loved ones (Family Rescue) to learn together, then, separate in small group discussion time.
The last Wed of month we have a "speaker" meeting (testimony) of how God & Recovery restored their lives. Our meetings are confidential, and anonymity is of utmost importance
Just Show Up
If your struggling with addiction, or you are a family member, who's life has become unmanageable by some form of addiction, then.. come let us help you.There are no requirements to be a part of our group. You do not have to be a member of a church, or a Christian, & do not have to talk unless you want..Just "show up" & let us love up on you with the same love that is so freely given to us!
